Gender Lens

Rashmi is the India Council Lead of the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media (GDI), the only global research-based organization working within the media and entertainment industry to engage, educate and influence the need to dramatically improve gender balance and reduce stereotyping. I am strongly driven to use Film as a powerful medium to initiate real change through a paradigm shift in gender perceptions among cinema audiences.
